Delivering exceptional outcomes
Pace Concrete + Construction has overseen and led hundreds of projects from residential foundations to industrial scale foundations and concrete services on both small and large-scale projects. We coordinate with the main contractor and site-specific trades to adhere to the detailed programs and end dates. Throughout the project’s lifecycle, many tasks are performed by Pace Concrete dependent on our contract such as, bulk excavation and soil removal, placement of concrete reinforcement and installation of formwork.
On many projects we also supply the concrete and reinforcement which allows us to work closer with our suppliers to facilitate a strong working relationship that creates better communication lines so that the project can, not only be delivered to the client on time, but also at a higher quality.

LIFECARE GAYNES PARK SUITES 2

Life Care ‘Gaynes Park Suites 2’ has been constructed next to the Gaynes Park Manor Residential Aged Care and Dementia Care Centre on Payneham Road. The scope of works for the new aged care facilities include 3 levels of premium retirement living apartments.
Pace Concrete + Construction was contracted by Mossop Consruction+Interiors to undertake the civil earthworks, formwork and concrete work for the project.

WEST - FOOTBALL PARK REDEVELOPMENTS
WEST is one of South Australia’s largest residential development, transforming the iconic Football Park precinct into a cosmopolitan destination.
Pace Concrete + Construction was contracted by Commercial and General to undertake the civil earthworks, formwork and concrete work for several projects. The Salt Apartments completed in 2018, and The Grange Apartments completed in 2020. We also completed work on The Ocea Apartments.

NORTH EASTERN COMMUNITY HOSPITAL PAYNEHAM WARD STAGE 1
Completed: 2020
This project involves the full refurbishment to the ward removing the shared bathroom facilities and providing ensuite bathrooms to all bedrooms, together with new staff facilities and upgrade to building services. Additionally, the works also include the construction of 8 new bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and a sunroom, plus a first floor ‘cold shell’ for future use.
